For the work that starts offline

Know who to call first
after every open house.

You already pay for the sign, booth card, or job-site flyer. URLQ turns it into a useful destination that captures interest and hands you a plain-language next step.

How it works

From a scan to a qualified buyer.

01

Publish a page, print your code

One short wizard — address, photos, price, an open-house window if you have one. Each physical placement (yard sign, flyer, brochure) gets its own tracked QR code.

02

Buyers get answers first

Schools, neighbourhood, an ownership-cost calculator, the floor plan, documents on request — a real visitor gets something useful before anyone asks who they are.

03

Real interest becomes a lead

A report request, a question, or a showing request — each one is a qualified, attributed lead. You get a plain-language recap of who to call first.

What's built in

Built for the moment before the call.

Photos & floor plan

The full gallery and an interactive floor plan, front and center.

Schools & neighbourhood

Catchment info and nearby transit, shops, and parks — sourced and labeled honestly.

Ownership cost calculator

The same math on the page and in any emailed report — down to the cent.

Documents, on request

Disclosures and property documents, verified before they ever go public.

Questions & showing requests

A real visitor can ask a question or request a showing right from the page.

Deterministic intent scoring

Browsing alone can't reach high intent — only committed actions can. Explainable, not a black box.

Per-sign attribution

Every yard sign, flyer, and brochure is its own tracked placement, so you know what's working.

Plain-language recap

An end-of-event summary of who to call first — not another dashboard to learn.

One loop, many places

Start with the physical moment you already own.

URLQ changes the template around the work. The pattern stays simple: give people a useful destination, capture the hand-raise, then know what to do next.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is this a CRM?

No. URLQ creates and scores buyer intent from a physical placement; your CRM manages the relationship. Leads export out, they don't need to replace what you already use.

Does this replace my sign-in sheet?

Not really the point of it. A sign-in sheet captures everyone at the door; URLQ is built to surface the people who actually did something — asked a question, requested a report, wanted a showing.

What does a buyer see before I get their information?

Real information about the property — photos, floor plan, schools, an ownership-cost calculator. Identity is only asked for when they request something that needs it, like a report or a showing.

Is the listing data accurate?

Every fact is labeled by source — realtor-provided, estimated, or official public data — and anything nobody supplied is shown as not provided, never guessed or defaulted.

Which markets is URLQ in?

We're onboarding realtors directly during this pilot — reach out and we'll let you know where things stand.
